How HR Nurtures Positive Corporate Cultures in Times of Rapid Change

July 20, 2022

In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, the world of work has undergone major changes on multiple levels: ways of working, working technologies, business models, job availability, and more. The success of these changes often depended on existing Corporate Cultures, which required even those cultures to adapt.

This event examines how successful organizations have managed their corporate cultures to accommodate and facilitate change, as well as improve their performance in critical areas such as employee engagement, experience, productivity, innovation, and more still.

More specifically, we will explore topics such as:

  • the extent to which organizations feel they have positive or negative corporate cultures, as defined by the survey
  • how organizations evaluate and measure their cultures
  • how organizations shape and nurture cultures through values, leadership, practices, and strategies to maximize organizational performance and employee experience
  • the extent to which organizations are good at managing organizational change
  • the most successful change initiatives
  • how organizations with more positive corporate cultures tend to differentiate themselves from those with less positive cultures, including in the field of change management
  • forecasts on how culture and change management will develop over the next two years

We will also discuss the interplay between cultural change, emerging business paradigms, and digital technologies. For example, which technologies are the most influential and how can they be best implemented?

In short, this webcast will provide a detailed snapshot of where corporate culture and change management are today, where they are likely to be short, and what best practices may be.
