Additionally, Workhuman said that it has added Vidya Peters, a former Chief Operating Officer of the cutting-edge card-issuing platform Marqeta, to its board of directors. She had numerous strategy and marketing positions at Intuit and Bain & Company before serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at MuleSoft, which Salesforce later bought. Peters will replace Lorrie Norrington on the Workhuman board immediately and has a plethora of operations and go-to-market expertise. The woman is a B.S. a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University, an MPA in Public Administration from Harvard University, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In 2022, American Banker listed Peters as one of the Most Influential Women in the Payments Sector.
We are pleased to welcome Vidya to the Workhuman board. We would like to thank Lorrie for her many contributions that had a positive impact on the growth and success of the company, said Workhuman CEO, Eric Mosley. Because of her extensive knowledge and experience with customer success, building and managing operating efficiencies in the technology space, and other areas, he continued, “Lorrie is a valuable addition to our board.”
Workhuman added a brand-new building and increased its physical area by around 15,000 square feet as part of its €2.8 million investment in Dublin. In addition to providing employees with greater space, the business revised its in-office benefits in order to put their professional success, well-being, and emotional security first. These upgrades include areas for learning and growth, wellness, and physical fitness.

They demand more from their companies and work environments and want a much-improved experience from the one they just left. The new way of working is turning the workplace into a destination rather than just an office, going well beyond the actual physical location to include every aspect of the employee experience during the workday.
